摘 要:为提高垃圾焚烧高温过热器管排腐蚀深度检测效果,提出一种超声导波检测技术。采集高温过热器管排腐蚀深度超声导波数据。滤波采集数据,并聚类损伤特征。识别回波信号的特征,匹配识别的腐蚀特征,并进行矩阵分割。以此为基础形成空间成像参数,得到高温过热器管排腐蚀检测图像结果。实验结果表明,所提技术对高温过热器管排腐蚀深度的检测误差小于2.7%,检测误差较小。A ultrasonic guided wave detection technology is proposed to improve the detection effect of corrosion depth of high-temperature superheater tubes in waste incineration.The ultrasonic guided wave data of the corrosion depth of high-temperature superheater tube is collected.The collected data is filtered,and damage features are clustered.The features of the echo signal is identified,the identified corrosion features are matched,and the matrix segmentation is performed.Based on this,the spatial imaging parameters are formed to obtain corrosion detection image results of high-temperature superheater tubes.The experimental results show that the detection error of the proposed technology for the corrosion depth of high-temperature superheater tubes is less than 2.7%,and the detection error is relatively small.
