摘 要:高校体育课堂教学是培养学生体育核心素养和终身体育价值观的保障与依托,而校园体育文化活动则是学生参与体育实践的重要场域,二者唯有保持协同联动,才会产生最佳合力效能,促进学生增强体质、健全人格。从体育课程与校园体育活动联动的优势分析及目标遵循谈起,最后从五个层面阐述协同创新运行机制的优化路径,旨在为全面推动提高大学生健康水平提供有益参考和借鉴帮助。Physical education classroom teaching in universities is a guarantee and support for cultivating students’core sports literacy and lifelong sports values,while campus sports cultural activities are important fields for students to participate in sports practice.Only by maintaining synergy and linkage of the two,can the best joint effect be produced,so as to promote students to enhance their physical fitness and improve their personality.Starting from the analysis of the advantages and goal adherence of the linkage between physical education courses and campus sports activities,this paper explores the optimization path of collaborative innovation operation mechanism from five aspects,aiming to provide useful references for comprehensively promoting the improvement of the health level of college students.
