摘 要:为解决动力电池全生命周期管理的问题,分析了动力电池全生命周期管理过程中的不同应用场景和关键的功能需求,设计了基于物联网全生命周期管理的智能电池管理系统,并对系统模型的运行机制进行分析,设计了智能电池管理系统架构和功能,包括终端电池管理系统的系统架构、关键传感器选型以及云端电池管理系统的功能,最后总结了智能电池管理系统具有兼容性、可扩展性和智能性的特点以及在应用中面临数据保密、云端服务器开发建设等问题。To address the issue of full lifecycle management of power battery,this article analyzed the different application scenarios and key functional requirements in the full life cycle management process of power batteries,designed an intelligent battery management system based on the Internet of Things for full life cycle management,and analyzed the operating mechanism of the model.The architecture and functions of the intelligent battery management system were designed,including the system architecture of the terminal battery management system,the selection of key sensors and the functions of cloud based battery management systems.Finally,the characteristics of intelligent battery management systems including compatibility,extendibility and intelligence,as well as the problems they face in application including data security,development and building of cloud based server,were summarized.
