腹腔镜联合胆道镜开腹手术治疗胆总管结石临床对比观察

摘　　要：探究胆总管结石采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗的效果。对2022年5月—2023年5月期间黔西市人民医院收治的66例胆总管结石患者进行研究,采用双色球法将所有患者平均分为对照组(行开腹手术治疗)和联合组(行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗),每组各33例。比较治疗前后组间患者应激反应指标、免疫功能指标、生活质量评分、IgG、PCT水平,统计治疗后两组患者恢复情况。结果显示,术前组间各项临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后联合组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,胆总管结石疾病治疗中采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜的方式,可以降低患者的应激反应,促进患者免疫功能指标以及PCT水平的改善,能够缩短患者术后康复时间,对于从整体上改善患者生活质量具有促进作用,值得推广。Exploring the effectiveness of laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy treatment for common bile duct stones.A study was conducted on 66 patients with common bile duct stones admitted to Qianxi People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.All patients were evenly divided into a control group(treated with open surgery)and a combination group(treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy)using the dual color sphere method,with 33 cases in each group.Compare stress response indicators,immune function indicators,quality of life scores,IgG,and PCT levels between groups before and after treatment,and statistically analyze the recovery status of the two groups of patients after treatment.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in various clinical indicators between the preoperative groups(P>0.05);The postoperative combined group had better indicators than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct stones can reduce patient stress response,promote improvement in immune function indicators and PCT levels,shorten postoperative recovery time,and have a promoting effect on overall improvement of patient quality of life.It is worth promoting.
