心理护理对大量肝硬化腹腔积液患者的临床应用价值研究

摘　　要：研究心理护理对大量肝硬化腹腔积液患者的临床应用价值。随机挑选中国贵航集团三〇二医院2022年4月—2023年6月收治的56例大量肝硬化腹腔积液患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,两个小组病例数均为28例。对照组患者接受基础护理,观察组患者接受基础护理+强化心理护理,对两种护理模式的应用效果进行观察。结果显示,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肝功能、腹腔积液深度情况均要优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对大量肝硬化腹腔积液患者应用心理护理干预具有确切效果,值得临床应用。Study the clinical application value of psychological nursing for a large number of patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites.Randomly select 56 patients with massive cirrhosis and ascites admitted to Hospital 302 Attached to Guizhou Aviation Group from April 2022 to June 2023,and divide them into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 28 cases in both groups.The control group patients received basic care,while the observation group patients received basic care+strengthened psychological care.The application effects of the two nursing models were observed.The results showed that the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The liver function and depth of ascites in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that applying psychological nursing intervention to a large number of patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites has a definite effect and is worthy of clinical application.
