优质护理对急性糜烂性胃炎患者的护理效果研究

摘　　要：研究急性糜烂性胃炎患者行优质护理的效果。选取青岛市城阳区人民医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的84例急性糜烂性胃炎患者为研究对象,采用随机抽样法将患者分为基础组(实施常规护理)和优质组(实施优质护理),每组各42例,比较两组患者护理效果。研究发现,优质护理可改善急性糜烂性胃炎患者的睡眠、生活质量及负性情绪,提高患者自理能力、优化患者遵医行为,值得推广。Study the effect of high-quality nursing care on patients with acute erosive gastritis.84 patients with acute erosive gastritis admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Random sampling was used to divide the patients into a basic group(receiving routine care)and a high-quality group(receiving high-quality care),with 42 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Research has found that high-quality care can improve the sleep,quality of life,and negative emotions of patients with acute erosive gastritis,enhance their self-care ability,and optimize their compliance behavior.It is worth promoting.
