胃十二指肠出血患者经消化内镜诊疗期间行针对性护理干预的效果探索

摘　　要：探究胃十二指肠出血患者经消化内镜诊疗期间行针对性护理干预的效果。选取青岛市城阳区人民医院2022年8月—2023年8月收治的120例胃十二指肠出血患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受消化内镜诊疗。将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受针对性护理,比较两组患者生活质量、心理状态、疼痛程度、护理满意度、临床指标水平和不良反应发生率。结果显示,护理前,两组患者各项指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分、心理状态评分,疼痛程度评分和临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,胃十二指肠出血患者行消化内镜诊疗期间配合针对性护理干预可保证临床治疗效果,可改善患者的生活质量、临床指标,稳定患者心理状态,减轻患者疼痛程度,降低患者不良反应发生率,患者护理总满意度较高。Exploring the effect of targeted nursing interventions during the diagnosis and treatment of gastroduodenal bleeding patients through digestive endoscopy.120 patients with gastroduodenal bleeding admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and all patients received digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment.Divide the patients into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group.The control group receives routine care,while the observation group receives targeted care.Compare the quality of life,psychological status,pain level,nursing satisfaction,clinical indicator levels,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.The results showed that there was no significant difference in various indicators between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the quality of life score,psychological state score,pain level score,and clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that targeted nursing interventions during the diagnosis and treatment of gastroduodenal bleeding patients with digestive endoscopy can ensure clinical treatment effectiveness,improve their quality of life,clinical indicators,stabilize their psychological state,reduce their pain level,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and increase overall patient satisfaction with nursing.
