人文沟通技能在医疗纠纷处理中的价值研究

摘　　要：医务人员拥有有效的人文沟通技能,可快速妥善处理医疗纠纷,不仅可减少医院经济损失,提高患者就医满意度,还能助推医院长远发展。所以在此情况下需要明确人文沟通技能的重要性,分析目前人文沟通缺失的表现,进而结合实际情况采取有效的措施将人文沟通技能用于日常诊疗工作中,为患者提供舒适专业的服务,与患者建立良好的关系,极大程度上减少医疗纠纷事件的发生,不断提高医疗服务水平,实现长远稳定发展。就人文沟通技能在医疗纠纷处理中的应用价值展开研究,提出几点建议,以供参考。Medical personnel possess effective humanistic communication skills,which can quickly and properly handle medical disputes.This not only reduces hospital economic losses,improves patient satisfaction with medical treatment,but also promotes the long-term development of the hospital.Therefore,in this situation,it is necessary to clarify the importance of humanistic communication skills,analyze the current manifestations of the lack of humanistic communication,and take effective measures based on the actual situation to apply humanistic communication skills to daily diagnosis and treatment work,provide patients with comfortable and professional services,establish good relationships with patients,greatly reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,continuously improve the level of medical services,and achieve long-term stable development.This study analyzes the application value of humanistic communication skills in medical dispute resolution and proposes several suggestions for reference.
