慢性肝衰竭并发播散性隐球菌病1例

摘　　要：慢性肝衰竭患者由于机体吞噬功能受损、补体水平降低、免疫调节障碍、进行侵入性手术、使用皮质类固醇和抗生素以及与肝脏疾病相关的胃肠道出血等,导致隐球菌感染率明显上升。并发隐球菌感染的肝衰竭患者病情进展迅速,病死率极高。本研究报道了1例慢性肝衰竭合并播散性隐球菌病的患者,旨在提高临床医生的认识,早诊断,早治疗,提高肝衰竭患者生存率。Patients with chronic liver failure have significantly increased the incidence of cryptococcal infection due to impaired phagocytic function,decreased complement levels,immune regulation disorders,invasive surgery,use of corticosteroids and antibiotics,and gastrointestinal bleeding related to liver diseases.Patients with liver failure complicated with cryptococcal infection progress rapidly and have a high mortality rate.This study reported a patient with chronic liver failure complicated with disseminated cryptococcosis,aiming to improve the clinical understanding.
