实战化视角下警察手枪射击训练模式研究:现状、挑战与发展趋势

摘　　要：警察手枪射击技能是现代警务工作中不可或缺的重要技能之一。然而,当下公安院校警察手枪射击课程的训练模式却存在着诸多问题,如缺乏实战化训练和射击心理训练、训练方法手段单一、训练课程缺乏创新,期末评估体系不完善等。为了解决这些问题,需要分析并探讨实战化视角下警察手枪射击训练模式的研究现状、挑战与发展趋势。实践表明,实战化训练模式能够提高警察在复杂、多变及高压情境下的反应与决策能力,提升战术意识、团队协作及心理素质,从而增强其综合实战能力。未来研究应进一步深化实战化训练模式的普及与应用,不断完善训练内容与方法,以提高警察的手枪射击技能与综合实战能力。Police pistol shooting skills are one of the indispensable and crucial skills in modern policing.However,there are many problems in the current training mode for police pistol shooting courses in pub⁃lic security institutions,such as the lack of practical and psychological training,monotonous training meth⁃ods and techniques,lack of innovation in training courses,and inadequate final assessment system.In or⁃der to tackle these problems,this paper analyzes and discusses the current research status,challenges,and development trends of police pistol shooting training modes from the practical perspective.The find⁃ings reveal that the practical training mode can enhance police officers’responsiveness and decision-mak⁃ing capabilities in complex,dynamic,and high-pressure scenarios,improve their tactical awareness,team collaboration,and psychological resilience,thereby strengthening their comprehensive operational capabili⁃ties.Future research should further promote the popularization and application of practical training models,continuously refine training content and methods,and aim to improve police officers’pistol shooting skills and overall operational capabilities.
