摘  要:将不同工艺制得的两种再生胶加入输送带覆盖胶,研究了不同门尼黏度再生胶及其用量对输送带覆盖胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着再生胶用量的增加,混炼胶的正硫化时间变短,转矩差变小,Payne效应变强;硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、定伸应力下降,拉断伸长率上升,耐磨性能下降,疲劳温升和耐屈挠性上升。液体再生胶门尼黏度低,对混炼胶硫化曲线中的转矩差影响更大,Payne效应变小,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增加,耐磨性能下降,耐屈挠性增加。Adding two kinds of recycled rubber made by different processes to conveyor belt cover rubber,the effects of different Mooney viscosity reclaimed rubber and its dosage on the performance of conveyor belt cover rubber were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the amount of recycled rubber,the optimum cure time of the mixed rubber becomes shorter,the torque difference becomes smaller,and the Payne effect becomes stronger;the hardness,tensile strength,and percent modulus of the vulcanized rubber decreases,the elongation at pull-off rises,the abrasion resistance decreases,the fatigue temperature rise rises,and the flexibility resistance rises.Liquid recycled rubber Mooney viscosity is low,the torque difference in the vulcanization curve of the mixing rubber has a greater influence,the Payne effect becomes smaller,the tensile strength and elongation increase,abrasion resistance decreases,and the flexural resistance increases.
