摘　　要：团体心理训练也称为团体心理行为训练,是一种运用心理学原理,借助体验式培训作为媒介手段,提高受训人员心理素质和心理健康水平的一种心理行为训练方式。本文结合CiteSpace软件,通过文献量、研究作者、研究机构、关键词共现、主题聚类、时间图谱等多种角度对CNKI中有关团体心理训练研究成果进行内容挖掘和数据分析,生成了1991—2021年中国团体心理训练的知识图谱,解析了团体心理训练在中国发展至今的30年间主要研究方面及未来发展方向,对我国团体心理训练研究的推行具有重要的现实意义。Group psychological training,also known as group psychological behavior training,is a kind of psychological behavior training method to improve the psychological quality and mental health of trainees by using psychological principle and experiential training as a medium.By using CiteSpace software,this paper carries out content mining and data analysis on the research results of group psychological training in CNKI from multiple perspectives,such as the amount of literature,authors,research institutions,keyword co-occurrence,topic clustering,and time map,and generates the knowledge map of group psychological training in China from 1991 to 2021.This paper analyzes the main research aspects and future development directions of group psychological training in the past 30 years in China,which is of great practical significance for the implementation of research on group psychological training in China.
