中医治疗小儿乳糖不耐受型腹泻探究

摘　　要：患者体内乳糖酶不能分解吸收摄入的乳糖,从而引发腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、腹痛等消化道系统症状而造成乳糖不耐受。通过举隅陈竹教授治疗小儿乳糖不耐受导致以脾虚型泄泻为主的病案,为诊疗乳糖不耐受提供方法和经验。从肺脾肾三脏调补、补脾温肾固表止泻、中有外感咳嗽兼以止咳几方面整体论治患儿病情。结果显示,持续治疗两月余后,患儿家属诉患儿饮食已恢复正常,大便次数减少至2~3次/天,便质正常。研究发现,因小儿生理发育特点,乳糖不耐受长期发展会导致患儿肺脾肾三脏机能更虚,发育更为不足,治疗此等因乳糖不耐受导致脾虚为主兼以肺肾兼虚的泄泻,以调脾止泻为主,兼以温肾固肺卫之气,发挥治疗疾病与增强体质之功。The inability of lactase in the patient’s body to break down and absorb lactose intake can lead to digestive system symptoms such as diarrhea,bloating,vomiting,and abdominal pain,resulting in lactose intolerance.This study provides methods and experience for the diagnosis and treatment of lactose intolerance in children,mainly caused by spleen deficiency diarrhea,through the example of Professor Chen Zhu.Professor Chen Zhu regulates and replenishes the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,tonifying the spleen,warming the kidneys,consolidating the surface,and stopping diarrhea.He also treats coughing due to external factors and provides a comprehensive treatment for the patient’s condition.The results showed that after more than two months of continuous treatment,the family members of the patient reported that their diet had returned to normal,the frequency of bowel movements had decreased to 2-3 times per day,and the stool quality was normal.Research has found that due to the physiological development characteristics of children,the long-term development of lactose intolerance can lead to more weakened and underdeveloped lung,spleen,and kidney functions in children.Professor Chen Zhu treats diarrhea caused by lactose intolerance,which mainly results in spleen deficiency and lung and kidney deficiency.He mainly regulates the spleen to stop diarrhea,and also uses the qi of warming the kidney,strengthening the lungs,and protecting the body,playing a role in treating diseases and enhancing physicalfitness.
