热射病复合烧伤对大鼠肠道免疫功能、凝血功能及肝肾功能的影响分析

摘  要:探讨热射病复合烧伤对大鼠免疫功能、凝血功能和肝肾功能的影响。选取成年健康清洁的SD大鼠40只用随机数字表法分成正常对照组、烧伤组、热射病组、热射病复合烧伤组四个组,每组10只。烧伤模型的制备:烧伤组大鼠给予108℃蒸汽烫伤8s,造成30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤;热射病组大鼠置于温度为(40±1)℃,湿度为(55±5)%的环境中处理(218.0±19.9)min后,立即将其移出高温模拟舱;热射病复合烧伤组大鼠置于温度为(40±1)℃,湿度为(55±5)%的环境中处理(218.0±19.9)min后,立即将其移出高温模拟舱,108℃蒸汽烫伤8s,造成30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤。于试验后第3天取大鼠下腔静脉血,处死大鼠取肠黏液和肠黏膜组织,检测大鼠凝血功能和肝肾功能以及回肠黏膜组织中CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞百分比,计算CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值。研究发现,热射病复合烧伤对机体造成的损伤更为严重。Explore the effects of heat stroke combined burns on immune function,coagulation function,and liver and kidney function in rats.Forty healthy and clean adult SD rats were randomly divided into four groups using a random number table meth-od:normal control group,burn group,heat stroke group,and heat stroke combined burn group,with 10 rats in each group.Prepa-ration of burn model:Rats in the burn group were scalded with 108℃steam for 8 seconds,resulting in a 30%TBSA third degree burn;Rats in the heat stroke group were placed in an environment with a temperature of(40±1)℃and a humidity of(55±5)%for(218.0±19.9)minutes,and immediately removed from the high-temperature simulation chamber;The rats in the heat stroke combined burn group were placed in an environment with a temperature of(40±1)℃and a humidity of(55±5)%for treatment(218.0±19.9)minutes.They were immediately removed from the high-temperature simulation chamber and scalded with steam at 108℃for 8 seconds,resulting in a 30%TBSA III degree burn.On the third day after the experiment,blood from the inferior vena cava of rats was collected,and intestinal mucus and mucosal tissue were euthanized.The coagulation function,liver and kid-ney function,as well as the percentage of CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T lymphocytes in the ileal mucosal tissue were measured,and the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio was calculated.Research has found that heat stroke combined with burns causes more severe damage to the body.
