摘　　要：通过调查云南省某三甲医院肿瘤专科组护士的癌痛管理认知水平及癌痛管理实践水平现状,为癌痛规范化管理培训与实践提供理论依据。采用方便采样法,选取云南省某三甲医院肿瘤专科组护理人员47名,发放自行设计的癌痛知识及癌痛管理问卷进行调查。调查结果显示,肿瘤专科组护士癌痛管理知识相关问卷平均正确率为54.73%;该专科组护士中具备开展癌痛管理健康讲座能力者占比61.70%,目前已开展癌痛管理健康教育者占比59.57%。研究发现,云南省某三甲医院肿瘤专科组护士癌痛规范化管理相关知识知晓率低、癌痛护理开展现状不容乐观。今后应针对肿瘤专科组护士进行更加全面、系统的癌痛知识培训,强化护理人员癌痛规范化管理意识,提升肿瘤专科组护士癌痛管理水平。To understand the current status of cancer pain management awareness and practice among nurses in the oncology specialty group of a tertiary hospital in Yunnan Province,and to provide theoretical basis for standardized training and practice of cancer pain management.Using convenient sampling method,47 nursing staffmembers from the oncology specialty group of a tertiary hospital in Yunnan Province were selected and a self-designed questionnaire on cancer pain knowledge and management was distributed for investigation.The average accuracy rate of the questionnaire related to cancer pain management knowledge among nurses in the oncology specialty group was 54.73%;61.70%of the nurses in this specialized group have the ability to conduct health lectures on cancer pain management,and currently 59.57%have conducted health education on cancer pain management.Research has found that the awareness rate of standardized management of cancer pain among nurses in the oncology specialty group of a tertiary hospital in Yunnan Province is low,and the current situation of cancer pain care is not optimistic.In the future,more comprehensive and systematic training on cancer pain knowledge should be provided for nurses in the tumor specialty group,strengthening the standardized management awareness of cancer pain among nursing staff,and improving the cancer pain management level of nurses in the tumor specialty group.
