游走罐联合康复护理在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：深入分析游走罐联合康复护理在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果。抽取盘州市人民医院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者进行研究,将其随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)和研究组(实施游走罐联合康复护理),针对两组患者治疗效果及生活质量改善程度、护理满意度、并发症情况进行综合比对。结果显示,经干预,研究组患者生活质量评分较对照组得到明显改善,同时研究组治疗效果、护理满意度及并发症发生率也更显优势(P<0.05)。研究发现,临床针对神经根型颈椎病患者采用游走罐联合康复护理效果显著,可有效提高患者生活质量,进一步降低并发症发生风险,改善患者预后,患者护理满意度较高。Thoroughly analyze the application effect of the combination of walking jar and rehabilitation nursing in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.A study was conducted on 100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(receiving routine care)and the study group(receiving combined rehabilitation care with mobile cupping).A comprehensive comparison was made between the treatment effects,improvement in quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and complications of the two groups of patients.The results showed that after intervention,the quality of life scores of patients in the study group were significantly im-proved compared to the control group.At the same time,the treatment effect,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications in the study group were also more significant(P<0.05).A study has found that the use of walking cupping combined with rehabili-tation nursing for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinical practice has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,further reduce the risk of complications,improve patient prognosis,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
