个性化护理对减少留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的效果研究

摘　　要：探究个性化护理对减少留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的效果。选取2022年4月—2023年4月纳雍县人民医院收治的100例留置胃管患者为研究对象,将患者平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施个性化护理,统计分析非计划性拔管率、非计划性拔管原因。结果显示,研究组非计划性拔管率低于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项非计划拔管原因占比均低于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对留置胃管患者实施个性化护理,能降低留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的发生概率,全面提高患者及家属的护理满意度,护理效果明显,值得在临床领域推广应用。To explore the effect of personalized nursing on reducing unplanned extubation in patients with indwelling gastric tubes.100 patients with indwelling gastric tubes admitted to Nayong People’s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were evenly divided into two groups,a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received personalized care.The unplanned extubation rate and reasons for unplanned extubation were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the unplanned extubation rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05);The proportion of unplanned extubation reasons in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing personalized care for patients with indwelling gastric tubes can reduce the probability of unplanned extubation,comprehensively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families,and achieve significant nursing effects.Therefore,it is worth promoting and applying in the clinicalfield.
