摘　　要：目的:建设基于互联网医院平台上线运作涵盖智能分诊与疾病百科板块的智能导诊系统,满足患者精准挂号、自我健康管理等需求。方法:智能分诊板块通过记录患者文字输入、语音描述等内容,调用后台算法,得出相应导诊分诊方案;疾病百科综合提供疾病症状、临床治疗、预后、日常护理等方案。结果:智能分诊与疾病百科使用量相比上线初期分别增长265.5%和141.9%;患者使用导诊系统主要为实现线下精准挂号;不同症状患者人群年龄多在16~45岁。结论:智能导诊系统在一定程度上满足了患者导诊分诊的需要,以及通过疾病百科获取专业医学基础知识的需求,在协助患者精准就医、提升诊疗效率等方面发挥积极作用。Objective Based on the Internet hospital platform,an intelligent guidance system(IGS)covering intelligent triage and disease encyclopedia is to be launched to meet patients'needs for accurate registration and selfhealth management.Methods The intelligent triage section records the patients'text input,voice descriptions and other content,and utilizes a background algorithm to provide corresponding guidance and triage plans.The disease encyclopedia section offers comprehensive information on disease symptoms,clinical treatment,prognosis,and daily care plans.Results The usage of intelligent triage section and disease encyclopedia section is increased by 265.5%and 141.9%,respectively,compared to the initial launch period.Patients primarily utilize the IGS for offline accurate registration,and the majority of patients with different symptoms ranged from 16 to 45 years old.Conclusion IGS can meet the needs of patients for guidance and triage,as well as the need of obtaining basic professional medical knowledge via the disease encyclopedia.It plays a positive role in assisting patients with accurate medical treatment and improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
