摘　　要：针对互联网医疗模式下电子处方共享的现状,探索“互联网+处方共享”在医疗机构的实施方案,设计门诊处方共享平台的系统架构和系统功能,并从数据安全和应用安全两个层面探讨系统安全。该平台是一套基于SpringBoot框架开发的服务,采用SpringBoot 2.3、MyBatis、RabbitMQ等核心技术,前端采用Vue、AntDesign提供管理后台以快速搭建系统,通过Vant UI技术框架快速搭建微信小程序,H5等载体的多端应用提供了患者端、医生端、药师端的小程序。另外,系统通过接口平台和医院信息系统、合理用药系统、药店、医保支付等平台实现互联互通,打通“医”“药”“险”3个环节,实现线上线下一体化的电子处方共享服务。In view of the current situation of electronic prescription sharing under the Internet medical mode,this paper explores the implementation plan of"Internet+prescription sharing"in medical institutions,designs the system architecture and system functions of the outpatient prescription sharing platform,and discusses the system security from two aspects:data security and application security.The platform is a set of services developed based on the SpringBoot framework,using core technologies such as SpringBoot 2.3,MyBatis and RabbitMQ,etc.For the front-end,Vue and AntDesign are used to provide a management backend to build the system quickly.WeChat Mini-program can be built quickly by the Vant UI technology framework and the multi-terminal applications of H5 carriers can provide Miniprogram for patients,doctors and pharmacists.In addition,the system interconnects with the hospital information system,rational medication system,pharmacy,medical insurance payment through the interface platform,which enables the interconnection of the three links of"medical service","medication"and"insurance",and achieves integrated online and offline sharing services of electronic prescription.
