摘　　要：目的:探索大型三级甲等医院产科全流程管理平台在优化产前产后医疗体系,提高临床决策水平及管理效率方面的应用价值。方法:选取某大型三级甲等医院产科为研究对象,在现有产科管理模式的基础上,构建覆盖产前、产中、产后全周期的产科全流程管理平台,实现高风险妇女筛查与管理、临床路径执行管理、孕妇家庭照护与产后访视管理等功能,开展为期6个月的应用实践。结果:应用产科全流程管理平台后,产科管理与服务质量显著提高。高风险妇女管理率由原来的65.3%提高到92.6%;产科临床路径执行率由78.4%提高到88.6%;产后访视覆盖率由64.7%提高到83.2%。同时护理与医疗人员的工作效率明显增强。结论:产科全流程管理平台的应用能够优化产科管理流程,提高高风险妇女管理率与临床路径执行率,提升护理和医疗人员工作效率,有效支撑产科管理决策与护理质量提高,该平台值得在产科管理领域进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of the whole-process management platform for obstetrics in large Grade-A tertiary hospitals in optimizing the prenatal and postnatal medical system and improving clinical decision-making and management efficiency.Methods The Department of Obstetrics of a large Grade-A tertiary hospital was selected as the study object,and based on the existing obstetrics management model,a whole-process obstetrics management platform covering the whole cycle of prenatal,intrapartum and postnatal phase was constructed to realize the functions of screening and management of high-risk women,management of clinical pathway implementation,and management of pregnant women's home care and postnatal visits.The application practice was carried out for a period of 6 months.Results The study showed that after the application of the full-process obstetrics management platform,the management and service quality of obstetrics were significantly improved,with the management rate of high-risk women increasing from 65.3%to 92.6%,the implementation rate of obstetrics clinical pathway increasing from 78.4%to 88.6%,and the coverage rate of postpartum visits increasing from 64.7%to 83.2%,as well as the efficiency of the nursing and medical staff being significantly enhanced.Conclusion The application of the whole-process obstetrics management platform can optimize the obstetrics management process,improve the management rate of high-risk women and the implementation rate of clinical pathways,enhance the work efficiency of nursing and medical staff,and effectively support obstetrics decision-making management and improve nursing quality,which is worthy of further promotion and application in the field of obstetrics management.
