摘　　要：目的:开发并应用基于语音声纹识别的手术安全核查软件以保障手术安全核查的规范实施。方法:依据手术安全核查要求设计形成该软件并在某三级甲等医院选取于2022年7月―12月实施的不同类型手术600例,随机分为试验组和对照组,比较两组手术安全核查的执行率、核查人员资质相符率及手术中断事件发生率等。同时调查该软件的声纹识别、语音转录功能及可用性评价。结果:使用该软件后试验组手术安全核查执行率、核查人员资质相符率及手术中断事件发生率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时软件的声纹识别及语音转录功能良好,可用性较高。结论:使用该软件进行手术安全核查,可在确保核查人员资质的基础上提高手术安全核查执行的规范性及完整性,保障患者的手术安全。Objective To develop and apply surgical safety verification software based on speech and voiceprint recognition to ensure the standard implementation of surgical safety verification.Methods The software was designed and developed in response to the requirements of surgical safety verification.600 cases of different types of surgeries were collected in a Grade-A tertiary hospital from July to December 2022,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The implementation rate of surgical safety verification,the qualification compliance rate of inspectors,and the incidence of surgical interruption were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the voiceprint recognition,speech transcription functions,and usability evaluation of the software were investigated.Results After using this software,there were significant statistical differences in the implementation rate of surgical safety verification,the compliance rate of inspectors'qualifications,and the incidence of surgical interruption between the experimental and the control groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the software has good functions of voiceprint recognition and speech transcription,and has high usability.Conclusion The application of this software for surgical safety verification can improve the standardization and integrity of surgical safety verification and guarantee the surgical safety of patients on the basis of ensuring the qualification of inspectors.
