摘 要:随着医院业务的高速发展,多院区建设呈现趋势化发展态势,加快医院双活或多活数据中心的建设,对构建信息系统容灾备份体系具有重要意义。以烟台毓璜顶医院为例,通过分析多院区内网应用多活数据库中心建设中存在的业务系统单点故障、服务器负载不均衡、网络资源浪费等问题与难点,结合实践提出基于智能DNS、负载均衡和超融合技术在多院区应用的解决方案,根据应用服务器资源使用情况、客户端地理范围匹配值等因素,动态分配各院区应用服务器,解决网络拥堵问题,服务器集群横向扩展,避免关键部位单点故障,提高服务器响应速度,为用户提供更好的访问质量。With the rapid development of hospital business,multi-campus hospital construction shows a rising trend.Accelerating the construction of hospitals'dual-active or multi-active data centers is of great significance for building a disaster recovery and backup system for information system.Taking Yuhuangding Hospital in Yantai as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in constructing multi-active database centers for Intranet applications in multi-campus hospital,such as business system single point of failures,unbalanced server load,and waste of network resources.Based on practical experience,it proposes a solution based on intelligent DNS,load balancing and hyper-convergence technology in multi-campus application.It can dynamically allocate the application server to each campus according to factors such as server resource usage,clients'geographic range matching degree,so as to solve problems of such as network congestion,horizontal expansion of server clusters,avoid single point of failures in key parts,and eventually improve servers'response speed and provide better access quality for users.
