摘　　要：目的:建设涵盖医院房屋基础信息、图纸在线处理、医院房屋业务办理的应用管理系统,提升医院房屋管理的精细化管理水平。方法:利用信息化技术,通过系统管理、基础数据、业务管理、统计查询与动态预警等4大模块,建成了支持电脑PC端和手机端的医院房屋资产管理系统。结果:实现了医院房屋的全生命周期管理和图纸与房间信息的动态可视化管理。结论:提高了医院房屋分类和医院房屋成本核算统计的准确性,为医院优化空间使用提供决策依据,提高了房屋管理的科学水平与管理效率。Objective To improve the fine management of hospital housing asset management by developing an application management system covering basic information,online processing of drawings,and business management of hospital housings.Methods By applying information technology,a hospital housing asset management system supported by PC and mobile phone was established through four modules,including system management,basic data,business management,statistical query and dynamic early warning.Results The whole life cycle management of hospital housing and dynamic visualization management of drawings and room information were realized.Conclusion The system can improve the accuracy of hospital housing classification and cost accounting statistics,provide decision-making basis for space optimization in hospitals,and improve the scientific and efficient management of hospital housing.
