摘  要:目的:以医疗设备六维管理为目标,提升医疗设备全生命周期精细化管理水平。方法:基于物联网技术,建设医疗设备信息化平台,围绕患者诊疗流程、大型设备检查预约、设备成本绩效、设备维保4个核心维度,实现医疗设备的运行数据精准采集、数据分析、可视化展示。结果:建成基于物联网的医疗设备信息化平台,实现患者诊疗流程追踪、医疗设备预约和使用跟踪、医疗设备运行绩效提升、医疗设备维修维保能力优化。结论:基于物联网的医疗设备信息化平台应用,能实现提高人员和设备运行效益,提高患者满意度,优化临床流程,提高医院的综合管理水平和运营效率。Objective To improve the level of fine management in the whole life cycle of medical equipment with the aim of six-dimensional management of medical equipment.Methods Based on IoT(Internet of Things)technology,a medical equipment information platform was built to realize accurate collection,analysis and visualized display of medical equipment operation data by focusing on the four core dimensions,including patients diagnosis and treatment process,large-scale medical equipment reservation,evaluation of the cost and operational performance of the equipment,and equipment maintenance.Results The IoT-based medical equipment information platform was built to realize the ability of patient diagnosis and treatment process tracking,medical equipment reservation and use tracking,medical equipment operation performance improvement,and medical equipment maintenance and repair optimization.Conclusion The application of IoT-based medical equipment information platform can improve operation efficiency of personnel and equipment,improve patient satisfaction,optimize clinical processes and improve the comprehensive management level and operational efficiency of hospitals.
