摘　　要：以《美术》杂志出版的历程为背景,通过杂志前身、发展与成长、开放与多元、繁荣与辉煌四个阶段回顾出版历程,客观阐述《美术》杂志出版的基本逻辑:遵循党和国家的文艺政策和发展方针;引领我国美术发展的主流价值和学术方向;会聚高水平专家和学者;搭建美术发展与交流的重要平台。在此基础上,论述其对于新时代主流美术媒体发展的启示:承载国家主流价值旋律;呈现新时代国家美术主体形象;持续推动我国当代美术的繁荣发展;以开放和包容的心态推动发展。Taking the history of the publication of Art Magazine as the background,reviewing the publication history through the four stages of the magazine’s predecessor,development and growth,openness and pluralism,prosperity and splendor,and objectively elaborating on the basic logic of the publication of Art Magazine:following the cultural and art policies and development guidelines of the CPC and the State;leading the mainstream values and academic direction of China’s fine arts development;gathering high-level experts and scholars;and setting up an important platform for the development of fine arts and exchanges.The magazine is a major platform for the development and exchange of fine arts.On this basis,it discusses its inspiration for the development of mainstream art media in the new era:carrying the melody of national mainstream values;presenting the image of the main body of national art in the new era;continuously promoting the prosperity of China’s contemporary art;and promoting the development of the magazine with an open and tolerant mindset.
