摘 要:关注少数民族地区留守女童性安全是推动新时代民族工作高质量发展的必然要求。以四川省凉山州少数民族易扶社区为例,发现目前普遍存在对留守女童的关注度低和女童缺乏自我保护意识的问题,究其原因是该地区“男尊女卑”思想严重、居民对性讳莫如深、女童监护人认知水平低和学校师资力量缺乏。在结合该地区情况基础上,提出社会工作者介入的可行性路径:利用社区载体强化男女平等思想、加快转变彝族家长性教育观念、充分发挥社区自组织作用、扮演好教育者角色等,以期帮助留守女童增强自我保护的意识、提升防范性侵害的能力。Paying attention to the sexual safety of left-behind girls in ethnic minority areas is an inevitable requirement for promoting the high-quality development of ethnic work in the new era.Taking the ethnic minority Yifu community in Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province as an example,it is found that there are widespread problems of low attention to left-behind girls and lack of self-protection awareness of girls,which is due to the serious idea of“men’s superiority over women”in this area,residents’lack of awareness of sexuality,low cognition level of girls’guardians and lack of teachers in schools.Based on the situation of this area,the feasibility path of social worker intervention is proposed:using community carriers to strengthen the idea of gender equality,accelerating the change of Yi parents’concept of sex education,giving full play to the role of community self-organization,and playing the role of educators,etc.,in order to help left-behind girls strengthen their awareness of self-protection,to improve the ability to prevent sexual assault.
