摘　　要：目前,城市已从增量发展阶段转为存量发展阶段。老旧小区改造是城市更新的重要环节,其空间资源逐渐不能满足当下生活需求。街道作为小区的空间骨架,是人行活动的空间,其空间质量直接影响了居民对小区的感知。文章以改造后老旧小区街道空间使用后评估为研究对象,以东营市胜源小区周边街道为例,运用捕获评估方法调查(CEMs),从使用者的角度出发,对改造后街道空间进行注意力行为调查和分析,从而对改造后街道空间进行评价。研究结果表明,使用者主要关注7类街道空间节点,按照关注度依次为:管道设施>人行道>车行道>线路设施>信号设施>共享单车停放处>标志牌,并且阐明了不同年龄段使用者注意力和评价的差异,为老旧小区周边街道改造提供了改造重点和改造方向,可对其他老旧小区街道空间改造提升有一定的指导和借鉴意义。Currently,cities have shifted from the stage of expansion development to that of stock development.The renovation of old communities is an important part of urban renewal,and their spatial resources gradually fail to meet the current living needs.As the spatial skeleton of the community,the street is the space for pedestrian activities,and its spatial quality directly affects the residents’perception of the community.The article takes the post-use evaluation of the street space of the renovated old community as the research object,takes the streets around Shengyuan District in Dongying City as an example,and uses capture evaluation methods surveys(CEMs)to investigate and analyze the attention behavior of the renovated street space from the perspective of users.The results of the study show that users mainly pay attention to seven types of street space nodes,namely in the order of attention:pipeline facilities>sidewalks>carriageway>line facilities>signal facilities>shared bicycle parking place>signage,and clarify the differences in attention and evaluation of users in different age groups,which provides a transformation focus and transformation direction for the transformation of streets around old communities,and can be used to improve the transformation of street space in other old communities.
