社区融入视角下老旧社区评价及优化研究——以呼和浩特市鼓楼片区为例

摘　　要：城市中的老旧社区通常配备丰富的教育资源和就业机会,吸引大量城市新移民,但他们进入社区后,原有的社会关系解体,新关系建立困难,参与度和融入感较低。文章以社区融入为切入点,选取具有代表性的呼和浩特鼓楼片区,从社交情况、社区活动情况、对社区的认同以及参与改造社区四个方面建立社区融入评价体系,以回归分析法探究社区融入与空间要素的关联。结果表明,社区融入对于绿地率的相关系数较低,改造重点为社区之间的公共空间,进而提出相应的老旧社区公共空间优化策略。研究为社区融合提供了理论依据,促进了新旧居民和谐生活。The old communities in the city are usually equipped with rich educational resources and employment opportunities to attract a large number of new urban immigrants.However,after they enter the community,the original social relations are disintegrated,the new relations are difficult to establish,and the sense of participation and integration is low.This paper takes community integration as the starting point,selects the representative Gulou area of Hohhot,and establishes a community integration evaluation system from four aspects:social situation,community activities,community identity and participation in the transformation of the community.The regression analysis method is used to explore the relationship between community integration and spatial elements.The results show that the correlation coefficient between community integration and green space rate is low,and the focus of transformation is the public space between communities,and then the corresponding optimization strategy of public space in old communities is put forward.The research provides a theoretical basis for the integrated community and promotes the harmonious life of the old and new residents.
