摘　　要：社区微更新是我国城市内涵发展的重要手段与必然趋势。本文运用CiteSpace文献计量方法和Ucinet社会网络分析方法,对国内文献进行梳理,探讨了社区微更新研究的年发表量变化及期刊分布、关键主题及其演进等内容。研究表明,当前社区微更新的主要内容包括三个方面,一是物质空间更新的操作方法,二是更新过程中公众参与平台与路径的搭建,三是更新后治理与运营维护机制的探索;同时,基于当下“双碳”目标与“人民城市建设”背景,文章提出未来社区微更新应加强微更新全生命周期绿色可持续发展的相关研究。Community micro-renewal is an important means and inevitable trend of urban connotation development in China.Using the knowledge atlas in CiteSpace’s literature metrology method and the Ucinet social network analysis method,the domestic literature is sorted out,and the changes in the annual publication volume and the distribution of journals,key topics and their evolution of community micro-renewal research,as well as the author and institutional cooperation network are discussed.The research shows that the main content of the current community micro-renewal includes three aspects:the first is the operation method of the physical space update,the second is the establishment of the public participation platform and path during the update process,and the third is the exploration of the governance and operation maintenance mechanism after the update;At the same time,based on the current“double carbon”goal and the background of“people’s urban construction”,it is proposed that the future community micro-renewal should strengthen the research on the green sustainable development of the whole life cycle of micro-renewal.
