摘 要:土地开发强度会影响住宅能耗已被广泛认知,而两者之间的关系是否受空间尺度制约尚不明确。本研究以浙江长兴县为例,以16栋住宅为核心划定200m~1800m不同缓冲半径,探究不同尺度下土地开发强度指标(如容积率、建筑密度、道路面积率和不透水面率等)与住宅能耗的关联特征。结果表明:1.土地开发强度指标对住宅能耗往往具有正贡献,且反映在不同尺度。容积率在200m尺度,道路面积率在800m和1000m尺度,不透水面率在400m、800m~1400m和1800m尺度对住宅能耗有影响。三维空间紧凑度和土地开发强度综合评价指数在600m~1600m尺度对住宅能耗有影响。2.不同土地开发强度指标对于住宅能耗的敏感性存在差异,敏感性由大到小依次为:不透水面率>道路面积率>容积率>建筑密度;土地开发强度复合指标中,土地开发强度综合评价指数的敏感性与三维空间紧凑度相似,比二维无序开发度强。It is widely recognised that land development intensity affects residential energy consumption,but it is unclear whether the relationship between the two is governed by spatial scale.This study takes Changxing County,Zhejiang Province,as an example,and uses 16 residential buildings as the core to delineate different buffer radii from 200m to 1800m.It investigates the association between land development intensity indicators(such as floor area ratio,building density,road area ratio and impervious surface ratio)and residential energy consumption at different scales.The results show that:1.land development intensity indicators tend to have a positive contribution to residential energy consumption,and are reflected at different scales.Volume ratio at the 200m scale,road area ratio at the 800m and 1000m scales,and impervious surface ratio at the 400m,800m-1400m and 1800m scales have an impact on residential energy consumption.2.The sensitivity of different land development intensity indicators to residential energy consumption varies,in descending order:impervious surface ratio>road area ratio>floor area ratio>building density;among the composite indicators of land development intensity,the sensitivity of the composite evaluation index is similar to that of the three-dimensional spatial compactness and stronger than that of the two-dimensional disorderly development.
