摘 要:无机砂应用可有效改善浇注过程的烟尘问题,基于EN31铝合金缸盖结构及无机砂芯工艺性分析,结合企业生产条件和开发成本,开展了铝合金重力倾转浇注无机砂芯盒设计和应用的研究与验证。通过对芯盒射嘴、加热油路、模块等系统设计及优化,并针对油池砂芯和冒口砂芯等复杂结构,采取交叉油路和隔板油路设计解决了模具孤岛加热不均问题,经试制验证,无机砂芯力学性能满足铝合金缸盖铸造工艺要求,为类似产品的开发试制提供参考。The application of inorganic sand can effectively improve the dust problem in the casting process.Based on the analysis of EN31 aluminum alloy cylinder head structure and the manufacturability of inorganic sand core,combined with the production conditions and development costs of enterprises,the design and application of aluminum alloy gravity tilting inorganic sand core box were studied and verified.Through the design and optimization of the core box nozzle,heating oil circuit,module and other systems,and for the complex structure of the oil pool sand core and riser sand core,cross oil circuit and diaphragm oil circuit design were adopted to solve the problem of uneven heating of the mold island.The trial production verification showed that the mechanical properties of the inorganic sand core met the requirements of the aluminum alloy cylinder head casting process,providing a reference for the development and trial production of similar products.
