摘　　要：前进气稳压箱是东风11型内然机车主要配件之一,基于前进气稳压箱铸件结构特点和铸造工艺难点,对生产过程中出现砂眼、气孔、冷隔、缩松等铸造缺陷的成因进行了分析,结合现场操作的实际情况,采取相应的改善措施,有效的消除了铸件缺陷,保证产品质量。The forward gas pressure stabilizing box is one of the main accessories of Dongfeng 11 diesel locomotive.Based on the structural characteristics and casting process of the forward air pressure stabilizing box casting,the defects such as sand holes,air holes,cold shuts,and shrinkage porosity that appeared during the production process were analyzed.Based on the causes of casting defects and combined with the actual situation of on-site operation,corresponding improvement measures were taken to effectively eliminate casting defects and ensure product quality。
