摘  要:通过对阀壳类铸钢件典型缺陷的分析,找到造型下芯不稳定、芯骨刚度不足导致砂芯变形或浇注过程砂芯上浮的根本原因,提供一种新型双排芯骨的设计方法,通过砂芯的芯头固定、合箱验箱、反变形量多种措施的结合,解决了阀壳类铸钢件的漂芯问题,从而提高了产品的质量。The typical problems of valve housing castings are analyzed in this paper,the causes of core instability and insufficient core bone stiffness in the molding process were found.A new design method of double core bone is provided.Through the combination of various measures such as lower core standard core,closing and checking box,and reverse deformation,the problem of drift core of valve housing castings is solved,to improve product quality and yield.
