摘　　要：近两年来,随着我国新能源汽车制造业的快速发展,功率半导体受到了相关产业界的广泛关注。德国英飞凌作为全球功率半导体龙头企业,长期以来稳稳占据包括中国内地在内的全球功率半导体市场份额第一的宝座。究其原因,一方面是英飞凌长期积累起来的资本、技术、产能等企业基础性“硬实力”,一方面是英飞凌在企业运营过程中践行的战略方针与生态系统等“软实力”。所以,在国内电子工业与汽车制造业等产业对功率半导体需求量快速增长的当下,分析英飞凌企业发展之路对我国功率半导体企业的发展具有启迪和借鉴意义。In the past two years,with the rapid development of China's new energy vehicle manufacturing industry,power semiconductors have attracted extensive attention from related industries.Infineon,as a global leader in power semiconductors,has long held the top position in market share both globally and domestically.The reasons behind this success lie in the foundational"hard power"accumulated by Infineon over the years,including capital,technology,and production capacity,as well as the"soft power"represented by their strategic policies and ecosystem implemented during their business operations.At a time when the demand for power semiconductors in domestic industries such as manufacturing and automotive is rapidly increasing,analyzing Infineon's path of corporate development holds significant implications for the development of China's power semiconductor enterprises.
