摘　　要：为研究导航护理与积极反刍训练对肝癌介入患者希望水平与肝储备功能的影响,选择2021年1月至2022年12月于江苏省人民医院行介入治疗的肝癌患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用肝癌介入治疗常规护理方法,试验组在此基础上进行导航护理与积极反刍训练联合干预,比较两组护理前后希望水平、SAS和SDS评分、睡眠质量、肝储备功能测评指标。研究表明,将导航护理与积极反刍训练联用于肝癌介入治疗患者中,有利于其希望水平的提升、负性情绪与睡眠障碍的改善、肝储备功能的优化。To investigate the effects of navigation nursing and active rumination training on the hope level and liver reserve function of liver cancer intervention patients,120 liver cancer patients who underwent intervention treatment at Jiangsu Province Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care for liver cancer intervention treatment,while the experimental group received a combined intervention of navigation nursing and active rumination training.The hope level,SAS and SDS scores,sleep quality,and liver reserve function evaluation indicators before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Research has shown that combining navigation nursing with active rumination training for liver cancer intervention treatment patients is beneficial for improving their hope level,improving negative emotions and sleep disorders,and optimizing liver reserve function.
