摘　　要：为了解脑卒中幸存者面对卒中这一应激事件的医学应对方式、康复参与度及其心理健康的现状,探讨三者之间的关系,验证医学应对方式在康复参与度与脑卒中幸存者心理健康结局间的中介作用,采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料问卷、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹兹堡康复参与量表(PRPS)对四川省5所三级甲等综合医院神经内、外科及康复科2022年1—6月479名住院脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,并进行回归分析,检验医学应对方式在康复参与度与心理健康状况之间的效应关系。研究表明,脑卒中幸存者医学应对方式、康复参与度可预测其心理健康状况,且患者康复参与行为既可直接影响患者的心理健康,也可通过医学应对方式间接影响心理健康状况,医护人员要积极引导、关注患者心理动向,采取多样化、个性化康复训练方式,提高患者康复参与度,改善患者生活质量。In order to learn the medical coping modes,participation of rehabilitation,and stroke survivors'psychological health status facing the stress event of stroke,and to explore the relationship between them,and to verify the mediating role of medical coping modes in the relationship between participation of rehabilitation and stroke survivors'psychological health outcomes with convenience sampling method.General Information Questionnaire,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),as well as the Pittsburgh Rehabilitation Participation Scale(PRPS)was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 479 hospitalized stroke patients in the neurology,surgery,and rehabilitation departments of five Grade A comprehensive hospitals in Sichuan Province from January to June 2022,and regression analysis was conducted to test the effect relationship between medical coping modes and participation of rehabilitation and psychological health status.Research has shown that stroke survivors'medical coping modes and participation of rehabilitation can predict their psychological health status,and the patient's participation of rehabilitation behavior can directly affect the patient's psychological health,or indirectly affect the psychological health status through medical coping modes.Medical staff should actively guide and pay attention to the patient's psychological trends,adopt diversified and personalized rehabilitation training methods,improve the patient's participation of rehabilitation,and improve their quality of life.
