摘　　要：为了解医学生个人抑郁症病耻感的程度并探讨其影响因素,采取分层随机整群抽样法,于2021年1—5月在海南某医学院校抽取1288名医学生为研究对象开展问卷调查。利用Logistic回归模型分析抑郁症病耻感的影响因素。研究表明,医学生群体中存在一定程度的抑郁症病耻感,针对该现象,迫切需要制定和实施有效的靶向性干预策略,以减轻学生的心理负担,促进其健康发展。To learn the degree of stigma towards personal depression among medical students and explore its influencing factors,a stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1288 medical students selected from a medical college in Hainan Province from January to May 2021.With logistic regression models to analyze the influencing factors of stigma in depression.Research has shown that there is a certain degree of stigma towards depression among medical students.In response to this phenomenon,it is urgent to develop and implement effective targeted intervention strategies to reduce the psychological burden on students and promote their healthy development.
