国内临床护理人员职业性腰背痛发生率及影响因素的Meta分析  

Meta Analysis on the Incidence and Influencing Factors of Occupational Low Back Pain among Clinical Nursing Staffs in China

摘　　要：为了系统评价国内护理人员职业性腰背痛的发生率及影响因素,也为重视临床护士职业性疾病的预后以及提升护士职业认同感、进一步完善我国护理职业管理方案提供参考,采用计算机检索Embase、The Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)及万方数据库中有关国内在职护士腰背痛现状的相关文献,检索的时间跨度从数据库建库开始到2023年8月。在文献检索后,使用Stata 17.0和RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析,以对研究结果进行综合分析和评估。研究显示,国内临床护理人员职业性腰背痛发生率高,医院管理层应加强组织管理,建立腰背疼痛的初级预防管理机制,提供相关岗前、在职培训等,做到早期干预、早期预防,最大限度地减少临床护士职业性腰背痛的发生。To systematically evaluate the incidence and influencing factors of occupational low back pain among nursing staffs in China,and to provide reference for valuing the prognosis of occupational diseases among clinical nurses,enhancing their occupational identity,and further improving the nursing occupational management plan in China,use computer searches the relevant literature on the status of low back pain among domestic in-service nurses in Embase,The Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),VIP,CNKI and Wanfang databases was searched from the database establishment to August 2023.After literature search,Meta-analysis was conducted with Stata 17.0 and RevMan 5.4 software to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the research results.Research shows that the incidence of occupational low back pain among clinical nursing staffs in China is high.Hospital managers should strengthen organizational management,establish a primary prevention and management system for low back pain,provide relevant pre-post and on-the-post training,and achieve early intervention and prevention to minimize the incidence of occupational low back pain among clinical nursing staffs.
