摘　　要：国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,是党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量。新时代,深化国资国企改革,加快国有经济布局优化和结构调整,提升企业核心竞争力,必须牢牢把握国有企业姓“党”这一根本政治属性。在强化国有企业党建引领的过程中,应坚持问题导向,层层落实党建主体责任,以高质量党建引领和保障国有资本和国有企业做强做优做大。State-owned enterprises(SOEs)are the important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and they serve as a crucial pillar and reliance for the Party in governing and rejuvenating the country.In the new era,to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,accelerate the optimization of the layout and structural adjustment of state-owned economy,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to firmly grasp the fundamental political attribute that SOEs are“Party-affiliated”.In the process of strengthening the leadership of Party building in state-owned enterprises,we should adhere to a problem-oriented approach,implement the main responsibility of Party building at all levels,and lead and guarantee the strengthening,improvement,and expansion of state-owned capital and SOEs through high-quality Party building.
