纤维改性自密实混凝土的力学性能研究

摘  要:为了提升自密实混凝土的力学性能,采用钢纤维、碳纳米管纤维和钢纤维+碳纳米管混合纤维对自密实混凝土进行了改性处理,研究了钢纤维、碳纳米管纤维和钢纤维+碳纳米管混合纤维含量对改性自密实混凝土工作性能、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强的影响。结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量增加,改性自密实混凝土的塌落扩展度和J环扩展度逐渐减小,T50从3.8 s增加至14.3 s;随着碳纳米管纤维掺量增加,改性自密实混凝土的塌落扩展度和J环扩展度先增大后减小,T50先减小后增加。改性自密实混凝土立方体抗压强度随着钢纤维或者碳纳米管纤维掺量增加而增大;随着碳纳米管纤维掺量(体积分数)从1%增加至4%,混合纤维改性自密实混凝土立方体抗压强度平均值先增后减,在碳纳米管纤维掺量为2%时取得最大值。混合纤维改性自密实混凝土立方体劈裂抗拉强度会随着钢纤维掺量增加而增大,且混合纤维改性自密实混凝土立方体劈裂抗拉强度平均值都高于钢纤维改性自密实混凝土立方体和碳纳米管纤维改性自密实混凝土立方体。In order to improve the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete,steel fibers,carbon nanotube fibers,and steel fiber+carbon nanotube mixed fibers were used to modify the self-compacting concrete.The effects of the content of steel fibers,carbon nanotube fibers,and steel fiber+carbon nanotube mixed fibers on the workability,compressive strength,and splitting tensile strength of modified self-compacting concrete were studied.The results show:with the increase of steel fiber content,the slump expansion and J-ring expansion of modified self-compacting concrete gradually decrease,and T50 increases from 3.8 s to 14.3 s;as the content of carbon nanotube fibers increases,the slump expansion and J-ring expansion of modified self-compacting concrete first increase and then decrease,and T50 first decreases and then increases.As the content of steel fibers or carbon nanotube fibers increases,the average compressive strength of modified self-compacting concrete cubes gradually increases;as the content of carbon nanotube fibers increases from 1%to 4%,the average compressive strength of mixed fiber modified self-compacting concrete cubes first increases and then decreases,reaching its maximum value at a carbon nanotube fiber content of 2%.The splitting tensile strength of mixed fiber modified self-compacting concrete cubes increases with the increase of steel fiber content,and the average splitting tensile strength of mixed fiber modified self-compacting concrete cubes is higher than that of steel fiber modified self-compacting concrete cubes and carbon nanotube fiber modified self-compacting concrete cubes.
