摘　　要：以数字科技助力乡村振兴既是加快农业农村现代化的有力抓手,亦是促进宁夏现代枸杞产业数字化转型的现实路径。数字技术可凭借降低交易成本、提升产业资源利用效率等诸多优势,切实为促进宁夏现代枸杞产业数字化转型提供新契机。在深刻研判数字技术赋能枸杞产业智能化生产环节存在重大缺口的情况下,分析枸杞产业规模不经济、品种道地性“解读”缓慢的主要因素,论述数据共享促进枸杞产业数字化转型的紧迫性,并针对枸杞产业面临的种植基地效益不高、绿色道地珍品保护与挖掘能力不足、中高端枸杞产品市场开发不够等问题,围绕“完善数字基础设施,推动要素流动与技术落地”“创新品牌保护思维,促进市场规范建设”“强化主体赋能,精准嵌入数字技术”“聚力科技融合发展促进产业体系、生产体系与经营体系均衡协调”四大方面,提出相应的对策及建议,旨在为推动宁夏枸杞产业高质量发展提供借鉴参考。Using digital technology to help rural Revitalization is not only a powerful tool to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,but also a practical path to promote the digital transformation of Ningxia's modern wolfberry industry.Digital technology can provide new opportunities for promoting the digital transformation of Ningxia's modern wolfberry industry by reducing transaction costs,improving the efficiency of industrial resource utilization,and many other advantages.Based on a profound analysis of the significant gap in the intelligence production of wolfberry industry empowered by digital technology,this article analyzes the main factors of the uneconomical scale of wolfberry industry and the slow"interpretation"of varieties'authenticity,discusses the urgency of promoting the digital transformation of wolfberry industry through data sharing,and focuses on the issues such as the low efficiency of planting bases,insufficient protection and excavation of green"authentic treasures",and insufficient development of mid-to-high-end wolfberry product markets.Surrounding the four major aspects of"improving digital infrastructure,promoting factor flow and technology landing","innovating brand protection thinking,promoting market standard construction","strengthening subject empowerment,accurately embedding digital technology",and"focusing on the integrated development of science and technology to promote balanced and coordinated industrial,production,and business systems",several countermeasures and suggestions with high reference value are proposed,aiming to provide policy references for promoting the high-quality development of Ningxia's wolfberry industry.
