摘 要:传统的建筑物面积测算方法往往需要大量的人力和时间投入,且结果可能存在主观影响和误差。针对建筑物面积测算,提出了一种基于面积测算自动推理知识规则的权籍测算模型构建方法,构建房产面积测算知识规则库,并进行了建筑空间与产权空间的差异性分析。实证结果表明,本文提出的基于面积测算知识规则自动推理的建筑物权籍测算模型的预测值和实测值的面积误差比在3%以内,符合权籍面积测算标准要求,本模型可以在建筑物权籍测算领域中得到广泛应用。Traditional methods for calculating building area often require a significant amount of manpower and time investment,and the results may have subjective influences and errors.A method for constructing a property registration calculation model based on automatic inference knowledge rules for area calculation was proposed for building area calculation.A knowledge rule library for property area calculation was constructed,and the differences between building space and property space were analyzed.The empirical results show that the area error ratio between the predicted and measured values of the building registration calculation model based on area calculation knowledge rules proposed in this article is within 3%,which meets the requirements of registration area calculation standards.This model can be widely applied in the field of building registration calculation.
