摘  要:针对生产过程中石墨模具在高温时易氧化的问题,开展石墨模具耐高温抗氧化涂层的研究,以提高石墨模具的使用性能。采用等离子喷涂技术在石墨基体上制备Si层,利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜表征界面显微结构,并利用拉伸试验机测试界面结合力,研究涂层厚度、后处理加热温度和保温时间对Si层的影响。实验结果表明:当涂层厚度为0.03 mm时,经1380℃保温6 h后,能够形成均匀连续的过渡层,涂层有较好的结合强度和力学性能,且可以保护基体长达16 h不被严重氧化。Research on high-temperature resistant and antioxidant coatings for graphite molds is conducted to improve their performance in response to the issue of graphite molds being prone to oxidation at high temperatures during production practice.In this article,Si layers on graphite substrates are prepared via plasma spraying technology.Metallographic microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and scanning electron microscopy are used to analyze the interface microstructure.In order to investigate the effects of coating thickness,post-treatment heating temperature,and insulation time on the Si layer,the interface bonding force is measured using a tensile testing equipment.The findings demonstrate that after 6 hours of insulation at 1380°C,a consistent and continuous transition layer form at a coating thickness of 0.03 mm.The coating may shield the substrate from oxidation for up to 16 hours and has good mechanical and bonding strength.
