摘  要:热电偶传感器的动态特性与其换热方式密切相关,针对热电偶传感器动态校准的问题,分析了不同换热方式下的热电偶动态特性,应用激光器建立了动态校准系统,可实现热电偶应用环境下的动态校准。对一球形偶结K型热电偶进行了动态校准实验,得到了其时间常数值。并给出了传感器工作频带的求取方法及动态不确定度估算方法,该热电偶的工作频带为0.16398 Hz,相对动态不确定度小于1%。该动态校准系统及动态性能评估方法可改进以适用于其他对流换热环境下的热电偶动态校准。The dynamic characteristics of thermocouple sensors are closely related to their heat transfer mode.Aiming at the dynamic calibration problem of thermocouple sensors,the dynamic characteristics of thermocouples under different heat transfer modes are analyzed.The dynamic calibration system is established by using laser,which can realize the dynamic calibration under the application environment of thermocouple.The dynamic calibration experiment of a K thermocouple with spherical junction is carried out,and its time constant value is obtained.The method of calculating the working frequency band and estimating the dynamic uncertainty of the sensor are given.The experimental results show that the working frequency band of the thermocouple is 0.16398 Hz,and the relative dynamic uncertainty is less than 1%.The dynamic calibration system and dynamic performance evaluation method can be improved to be suitable for the dynamic calibration of thermocouples in other convective heat transfer environments.
