乡村文化振兴背景下桂南采茶戏的传承创新研究

摘　　要：桂南采茶戏作为桂南地区独具特色的地方戏剧典范,具有丰富的艺术价值和文化价值,是当地民众不可或缺的精神食粮。近年来,桂南采茶戏的教育传承和保护弱化,市场竞争力不强,缺乏多元保护,传承与发展面临挑战。桂南采茶戏要想突破传承发展瓶颈,必须牢牢抓住乡村振兴战略这一重大机遇,在健全人才培养机制、深入挖掘资源、加强信息科技与多元业态结合、凝聚多方力量等方面发力,激发广大人民群众对桂南采茶戏的文化认同,进而探索桂南采茶戏品牌建设与传承发展之道,实现新时期桂南采茶戏的传承、创新与发展。Guinan Caicha(picking tea-leaves)opera,as a representative of distinctive local operas in southern Guangxi,not only carries rich artistic and cultural heritage but also serves as an essential part of the cultural life of local residents.However,in recent years,Guinan Caicha opera has faced challenges in terms of inheritance and protection,market competitiveness,and diversified protection strategies.This paper argues that to break this deadlock in inheritance and development,Guinan Caicha opera should firmly seize the opportunity brought about by the rural revitalization strategy.By improving the talent cultivation system,deeply excavating and utilizing local cultural resources,promoting the integration of information technology and diversified business models,and gathering forces from all sectors of society,we can enhance the public's cultural identity towards Guinan Caicha opera.This,in turn,will explore its brand building and sustainable development path,ensuring the effective inheritance,innovation,and development of Guinan Caicha opera in the new era.
