摘　　要：良性甲状腺结节是临床常见病、多发病,文章紧扣“气滞、痰湿、血瘀”之病机,另辟蹊径,确定针灸治则治法,运用膻中皮刺法开胸调肺气,毫针扎跳开髋祛脾邪,局部皮内针和揿针组合围刺结节以祛瘀,通过不同针具和针刺方法配合使用,上下配穴相结合,临床疗效满意,现阐述如下,与飨同道。Benign thyroid nodule is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice.In this paper,the pathomechanism of“qi stagnation,phlegm dampness and blood stasis”is closely followed,and a new approach is developed to determine the therapeutic principles and methods of acupuncture and moxibustion.Danzhong skin pricking method is used to open the chest and regulate lung qi,and the hip is pricked to dispel spleen pathogen through twitching achieved by filiform needle.A combination of local intradermal needle and press needle in the circumferential needling of nodules to remove blood stasis.By combining the use of different needles and acupuncture methods,as well as combining upper and lower point combination,the clinical efficacy is satisfactory,and now it is explained as follows,in the same way.
