摘  要:非洲某硫化铜矿中全铜品位2.085%,氧化铜品位0.151%。为确定适合该矿石中铜矿物有效回收的工艺流程及工艺技术条件,保证铜精矿的品位和回收率,进行浮选试验研究。结果表明,当磨矿细度-0.074 mm占67%时,进行一段粗浮选,二段扫浮选和二段精浮选流程。采用硫化钠为浮选调整剂(活化及调浆作用);混合黄药+丁铵黑药为捕捉剂,2^(#)油为起泡剂,最终获得铜品位31.24%的铜精矿,铜回收率91.40%。The total copper grade of a copper sulfide in Africa is 2.085%,and the copper oxide grade is 0.151%.In order to determine the process flow and technical conditions suitable for the effective recovery of copper minerals in the ore and ensure the grade and recovery rate of copper concentrate,the flotation test was carried out.The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 67%,the process flow of one roughing,two sweeping and two cleaning is adopted.The flotation agent uses sodium sulfide as flotation regulator(activation and pulping).Mixed xanthate+butyl ammonium black powder was used as trapping agent,and 2^(#) oil was used as foaming agent.Finally,the copper concentrate with a copper grade of 31.24%and a copper recovery of 91.40%was obtained.
