摘 要:以2A12铝合金为基体进行硫酸-硫酸铝阳极氧化,研究了不同阳极氧化电压对阳极氧化膜微观形貌、成分、孔隙率、显微硬度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:不同阳极氧化电压下生成的氧化膜都呈多孔状形貌;20 V时样品表面孔隙率最大(4.394%)、含氧量最高(35.76%);30 V时表面粗糙度最大(34.9);随着阳极氧化电压增加,样品表面的耐蚀性呈现先增大后减小的趋势,20 V时耐蚀性最强。将经过最佳阳极氧化的铝合金基体涂敷环氧涂层后,对其力学性能和耐蚀性进行分析,结果表明阳极氧化工艺可大大提高涂层样品的结合力和耐蚀性。The effects of different anodic oxidation voltages on micromorphology,composition,porosity,microhardness and corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film were studied by using 2A12 aluminum alloy as the matrix.The results show that the oxide films generated under different anodic oxidation voltages are porous.At 20 V,the surface porosity of the sample is the largest(4.394%)and the oxygen content the highest(35.76%).The surface roughness is the largest(34.9)at 30 V.With the increase of anodic oxidation voltage,the corrosion resistance of the sample surface shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the corrosion resistance is strongest at 20 V.After the optimal anodized aluminum alloy matrix is coated with epoxy coating,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy matrix are analyzed,and the results show that the anodizing process can greatly improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating sample.
