摘 要:随着新能源渗透率的提高,电力系统惯量水平逐步下降,频率稳定问题日益突出。为保障系统安全稳定运行,新能源机组应提供惯量支撑,该文提出计及频率动态分布性的新能源机组惯量需求的分析方法。首先,从频率稳定角度阐述了对新能源机组提出惯量需求的重要意义;其次,明确新能源机组惯量的定义和计算方法;然后,构建反映时空分布特性的电力系统频率响应模型;再而,提出新能源机组惯量需求的分析方法及流程;最后,基于算例系统验证惯量需求分析方法的有效性。With the increase of renewable energy penetration,the inertia of power systems decreases gradually,and the problem of frequency stability becomes increasingly serious.To ensure the safety and stability of power systems’operation,renewable energy units need to provide inertial support.This paper proposes a method to determine the requirements of inertial for renewable energy units by taking the space-time distribution characteristics of frequency into account.First,the importance of the inertial requirements for renewable energy units is discussed from the perspective of frequency stability.Then,the definition and calculation method of the inertia of renewable energy are clarified.Next,the frequency response model of power systems is established,which reflects the space-time distribution characteristics.The method and procedure of determining the inertial requirements of renewable energy units are proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified with case studies in an example power system.
