摘 要:分析干旱胁迫条件下对云南红豆杉幼苗生长及叶片光合作用线性变化的影响。该次研究在云南省保山市隆阳区某红豆杉幼苗苗圃基地进行,选取3年大棚培育红豆杉幼苗为试验对象,在人工干预方式下,设置对照组(正常供水),轻度干旱组、中度干旱组和重度干旱组,比较不同干旱胁迫水平下对红豆杉幼苗生长特性、叶片光合作用线性变化的影响。研究结果得知,在不同干旱胁迫下,红豆杉的新梢长度、新梢直径和根冠比均受到影响,对照组的红豆杉幼苗长势良好,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05),重度干旱胁迫下降趋势最为明显。随着干旱胁迫的加剧,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度3个光合参数呈下降的趋势,对照组的3个光合参数最高,其次是轻度干旱、中度干旱和重度干旱,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。干旱胁迫梯度增加,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白渗透调节物质含量明显提升,干旱胁迫梯度越高,渗透调节物质含量越高,整体呈现重度干旱>中度干旱>轻度干旱>对照组趋势。对照组的叶片含水量、叶生物量和茎生物量和根生物量最高,和其他组对比差异明显(P<0.05),轻度干旱、中度干旱和重度干旱呈递减趋势。因此得出,干旱胁迫对云南红豆杉的生长产生一定影响,干旱胁迫梯度增加,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量提升,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度3个光合参数呈现下降的趋势。可通过提高可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量增强植株抗旱能力,减少干旱胁迫对红豆杉的影响。The effects of drought stress on the linear changes of seedling growth and leaf photosynthesis of Taxus yunnanensis were analyzedBRRR.This study was conducted in a taxus seedling research base in Longyang District,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province.Taxus seedlings cultivated in greenhouses for 3 years were selected as test subjects.Under manual intervention,control group(normal water supply),mild drought group,moderate drought group and severe drought group were set up.To compare the effects of different drought stress levels on the growth characteristics of Taxus chinensis seedlings and the linear changes of leaf photosynthesis.The results showed that under different drought stress,the new shoot length,new shoot diameter and root-shoot ratio of Taxus chinensis were affected.The growth of taxus chinensis seedlings in control group was good,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05),and the decline trend of severe drought stress was the most obvious.With the aggravation of drought stress,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance showed a downward trend,and the three photosynthetic parameters in control group were the highest,followed by mild drought,moderate drought and severe drought,with significant differences among groups(P<0.05).With the increase of drought stress gradient,the content of osmoregulatory substances of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased significantly.The higher the drought stress gradient,the higher the osmoregulatory substances content,the overall trend was severe drought>moderate drought>mild drought>control group.The leaf water content,leaf biomass,stem biomass and root biomass of the control group were the highest,and the differences were significant compared with other groups(P<0.05),and there was a decreasing trend in mild drought,moderate drought and severe drought.It was concluded that drought stress had a certain effect on the growth of Taxus yunnanensis.The gradient of drought stress increased,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein
